The Art Deco Charm

The South Beach Hotel was at one point known as "The Caracas Aparments" where it later became The Liberty Arms Hotel. Built in 1939 and originally designed by architect Henry Hohauser, the property was amongst one of the first on the block of historic Collins Park.
